"Was going to give one star but gave 3 star in the end. We had a terrible experience coming to the hotel with uber dropping us off 10 mins away from the hotel due to impossible traffic. We had 4 large luggage’s with us and called the hotel. Hotel told us that someone is using the cart hence it would take 15 min for someone to come get us. "We arrived early to Celine hotel and were able to store our bags there until our room was ready. The staff said we could go downstairs for coffee in the breakfast room which is a delightfully decorated room. We were given brochures of things to do and we selected a dinner cruise of the Bosporus and the staff arranged for us to be picked up at the hotel that evening and transported to the boat. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The only issue we had was the TV remote not working...

"The room we stayed in is supposed to be a superior room as it had a balcony with a view of the Haiga Sophia. It was a very small room with minimum closet space. The hotel is right downtown with easy access to all tourist sites. The T1 tram line stop is walking distance to the hotel. The staff is very helpful. "The staff are very nice, respectful and helpful. They made everything very easy. The hotel rooms are very clean and nice. The hotel's location is amazing, just 3 minutes walk to Aya Sophia and the Basilica, and about 10 minutes to Topkapi. The hotel is also two minutes walk from the tram station that gets you anywhere. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there next time."
