"Slippery in bath/shower with no grab rail. Breakfast good."

"I booked 4 separate rooms and 1 of them had issues with the A/C and needed to change rooms. The carpets were stained everywhere, the curtains were patched up and the stains on the pull-out couch were questionable. Day 1 of us checking in we took my 9 year old nephew to the pool located on site and while he was walking around the pool he cut his toes with glass. A special mahalo to Suki, who helped me when I was in a small kine jam, and made sure I had a safe and clean place to stay while attending the Native Hawaiian Annual Convention. "LIKED- Close to beach/downtown Waikiki area. DISLIKED- I don't believe the $30 daily resort fee was appropriate: Complimentary water, slushy, etc. on a tight schedule, not available 24/7. Cleaning schedule awkward, every 4th day I believe. They do respond quickly to requests though."
