"L’accueil de Maria nous a séduit. Elle est d’une gentillesse et elle s’occupe de ses clients aux petits soins. Elle est très accessible et nous donne d’excellents conseils. "This place is a must visit in Crete. The rooms are modern, immaculate and designed thoughtfully. The hotel is perched on a hill that provides impressive views of a stunning beach and clear waters of the Mediterranean. Check in was smooth, due to the friendliness of the staff and the restaurant is fantastic. My wife has severe celiac disease and they accommodated her allergies multiple times for breakfast and dinner and she never got sick. I highly recommend this place for any travelers...

"Erst war der Wind so stark, dass wir starken Lärm im Zimmer hatten. Dies wurde am nächsten Tag behoben. Dazu hatten wir leider bei starkem Regen und Wind Wasser in unserem Zimmer, welches unter der Eingangstüre eingetreten ist. Die Rezeptionistinnen, vorallem Eleni, waren sehr hilfsbereit."

"Fantastisk frukost i vacker miljö. Trevlig personal över lag. Det regnade dock in i restaurangen och i hissarna. Hotellrummen hade undermåliga förvaringsmöjligheter och belysning. Vi hade bokat 3 st deluxe-rum (en hel vecka för en halv förmögenhet) med garden view men två av rummen hade utsikt mot en parkeringsplats. Kylskåpet gick inte att reglera så all dryck inkl burkar frös till is. Personalen trevlig men ett 5-stjärnigt hotell är det definitivt inte. "

"For et godt valg, tenkte vi da vi kom, og det sier det meste. God beliggenhet ift. sentrum og stranda. Stille og rolig på kvelden/natta ( vi bodde nærmest stranda). Strålende rengjøring med ofte bytte av håndklær og sengetøy. Stor og familiær vennlighet fra ansatte. Store rom med alt du trenger - kjøkkenkrok med kjøleskap med en liten fryser, (kaffemaskin med kapsler som blir påfyll hver dag), vannkoker osv. God størrelse på terrassen. Strandrestauranten hadde veldig god mat. Vi kommer gjerne...
