"The staff was really welcoming and even gave us a tour of the facilities. In the basement there is a kids room and also a bar with free dart and pool which we enjoyed very much in the evening. The rooms where nice and had everything we needed. The location was also very nice, close to the ocean and to some alright restaurants. Breakfast was fantastic, not overwhelming offers (which is a good thing) and what was there was of great quality. "

"Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten ein Upgrade auf eine Suite bekommen und hatten vom Balkon ein wenig Meerblick. Das Frühstücksbuffet war von der Auswahl zwar nicht riesig, aber völlig ausreichend und lecker. Sollten wir wieder nach Timmendorfer Strand kommen, wäre das Hotel Royal unsere erste Wahl. "

"Family Friendly, in fact designed for Familys with every consideration put to the forefront of the concept, I was amazed at how brilliant the Hotel has focused on looking after the needs of families. I have never seen anywhere so great. And because it was so cleverly thought out, the kids there all behave impeccably. "

"Great spa area great view of the ocean and easy walk to all lots of restaurants. Pool was noce inside and out sauna area was nice would be nice if they had a slightly deeper hot tub or a warm pool by the sauna area "

"Nice, renovated hotel. Great breakfast and location, but unfortunately there were some things broken/not working in the room (e.g. shower door, television, water tap)."

"A good location with easy access to the beach. The apartment was a good size with a nice kitchen setup. The pool is amazing! There were a few minor inconveniences (not enough toilet paper, hair dryer broken, not enough trash bags) and the staff was slow to fix these. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and the location was good."
