Super supportive staff

We traveled from London, UK via car and had a few difficulties on our way. We called the hotel and they assisted us and supported us with a lunch packet and cold and warm drinks what safed us time and stress we didn’t had as we were running late for a wedding. All staff were very nicely welcoming us. We had a clean big room with a living room area what was perfect as we travelled with our two small children and they had enough space. We also ask for a baby bed and got a super cute baby travel cot bed with baby mattress and cute beddings. On every bed we got some nice welcome present, very nice German chocolate. Mattress and beddings from the big bed were super comfortable. The only thing the room needs is an iron and an iron board and a kettle and some instant coffee. A kettle is very important for us as we need to make our babies food warm. We also used the swimming pool facility what was just in the house opposite. Very nice big pool. The only thing we didn’t like was the temperature. One of my children couldn’t go inside the water as it was a bit to cold. We still give 5 out of 5. Very good place.

Das Hotel war sauber und ordentlich, das App. hatte genügend Platz. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat gestimmt. Frühstück war reichlich und gut. Die Verkehrsanbindung ohne eigenen PKW fehlt.

In der Rezeption riecht es nach einer Mischung aus gebratenem Fisch und Wäscherei. Wenig elegante Begrüßung beim Check-in.

Für mich eine Nacht völlig ok. Service war in Ordnung. Der Naturstrand in Brook ist bei Sonnenuntergang total schön. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Schwimmbad hab ich nicht getestet. Für ein Wochenende in der Nähe der Küste ist es ok. Mir hats gefallen.

Im Großen und Ganzen okay

Die Toiletten in der Nähe der Rezeption fand ich z. T. nicht ganz sauber, z. B. den Einsatz der Toilettenbürste. Im Bad waren noch Plastikbecher anstatt Gläser zum Zähneputzen. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel gut. Ruhige Lage, das Essen und das Frühstück waren gut.

Das Zimmer war für den Preis echt nichts besonderes, das Essen 0815, der Strand in Brook dafür sehr schön. Was mir an dem Hotel aber besonders negativ in Erinnerung bleiben wird, ist der Umstand, dass man hier weder jemand telefonisch erreichen kann noch auf Emails reagiert wird.

Gibt bessere Hotels

Es ist kein Besonderes Hotel. Der TV ist alt und man kann auf den kleinen Fernseher kaum etwas erkennen. Nach einen gültigen Corona Test bzw. Ob man geimpft ist wurde auch nicht gefragt. Kein Rauchmelder im Zimmer. Die Lage ist sehr schlecht. Ich persönlich werde dort nicht mehr hinfahren.

Tolles Preis Leistung Verhältnis, Betten sind sicherlich mal auf den aktuellen Stand zu bringen, aber trotzdem gut geschlafen, Frühstück lecker und vielfältig Tip: nicht zum Abendessen in das volle Boltenhagen fahren und sich in die Schlange an den Restaurants stellen, einfach im Hotel essen .. super Preise und super lecker mit netten Service, wir waren das zweite mal dort und werden immer wieder dort Station machen um ein paar Tage am Stand zu verbringen !

PETTYMYS!

Tämä hotelli oli suuri pettymys. Olimme varanneet täältä yhden yön majoittumisen Finnlinesin laivamatkalta saapumisen jälkeiseen yöhön. Laiva saapui satamaan klo 21.30 ja ilmoitin hotellille että olemme todennäköisesti siellä noin klo 22.30. Olimme paikalla noin 22.40 - 22.45. Hotellilta vastattiin varausta tehdessäni, että he odottavat meidän saapumista, mutta sitä he eivät tehneet. Niinpä olimme myöhään illalla kahden pienen lapsen kanssa ilman yösijaa tämän takia. Yritin soittaa hotellin numeroon, mutta ei vastausta sekä laitoin samana hetkenä myös muutaman sähköpostin. Tämän jälkeen olen laittanut useita sähköposteja, mutta hotelli ei ole vastannut mitään. Hotelli myös veloitti yöstä hinnan vaikka pyysin että sitä ei tämän huonon asiakasplavelun takia tehtäisi. Todella surkeaa palvelua. Toivon myös hotels.com sivuston harkitsevan antavatko he olla tämän hotellin vielä heidän listoillaan. Tdella iso pettymys! Ehkä suurin se, että en ole saanut vastausta lukuisiin sähköposteihini.

Es war weiter als gedacht zum Strand ,aber machbar

Alles gut ! Das Abendessen war nicht der Reisser und die Bedienung war auch nicht sehr nett ! Am nächsten Abend sind wir dann woanders essen gegangen. Der Herr an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hat uns alles gezeigt !!

Das Hotel hat seine besten Jahre offensichtlich hinter sich oder das Geld für Renovationen fehlt. Die Gartenanlage ist nicht einladend, auch die Zimmer hätten eine Renovation nötig (Wasserhahn entkalken usw.)

Hotel och stugor lite långt från allting.

Vi bokade ett rum för 3 personer på vägen hem från Medelhavet, när vi kom fram hade vi fått en stuga(jättefin) men det fanns inte sängkläder som det inte stor något om iExpedias bokningssajt. Då blev det extra betalning för sängkläder och när vi skull åka dagen efter skulle man ha en städavgift på 70 euro!!! 700 kr för några timmar, då vi fick bädda både på kvällen och morgonen samt lämn in sängkläderna i receptionen, plockade även iordning i stugan och använde inte något i stugan. Nej det här är inte något vi rekommenderar till någon. Det kändes som man skulle ha extra betalt för allt och dessutom låg hotellet för långt från det mesta.

Bungalow Anlage ohne Landhaus Idylle

Das familienfreundliche Ostseehotel ist Teil einer gutangelegten Bungalow Anlage, der aber die persönlichen Note oder ländliche Charakter völlig fehlt. Die Bungalows sind pflegeleicht und mit dem Notwendigsten eingerichtet. Jeder Service wird zusätzlich abgerechnet. Es gibt dort ein sehr schwaches Mobilfunknetz und kein WLan. Die Umgebung lädt jedoch zum wandern ein. Zum Ostseebad Boltenhagen fährt man 15 Minuten.

Besviken

Ej bra bemötande. Rummet var ej helt städat hittade gamal strumpa under sängen. Fick ingen information att det var en obligatorisk avgift för städ så vi fick betala 70 euro extra även då vi städade efter oss. Skulle ej rekommendera detta hotell tillnågon.

Trevligt ställe men kolla om städ ingår.

Trevligt ställe med trevlig personal och bra mat. Dock checkade vi in kl 19 på kvällen, åt mat på deras restaurang, gick för att sova i medhavda sängkläder. Vaknade och städade huset då det stod att städavgift 70 euro inte var inkluderat. När vi skulle betala fick vi ändå betala dessa 70 euro då det är en obligatorisk avgift. Vi hade alltså endast använt stugan i ca två vakna timmar och ändå fick betala 70euro för städning som vi redan gjort. Blev en bitter eftersmak... I bokningsbekräftelsen är detta ytterst luddigt och står inte med som prisuppgift utan endast vid info om stugan/rummet. Jag tolkade det som att man kan städa själv eller betala 70 euro.
