"This is a great hotel, especially when flying in or out Honda airport. The staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful, everybody I interacted with knew a certain level of English. The hotel is beautiful. The staff is kind. The amenities are wonderful. In the shuttle bus that drops you off at each terminal is very much appreciated"

"We had a great stay here. The check in process was much easier this time.. and the dinosaurs create so much fun! Our room was clean and tidy. We did not like the pillows, but I understand that’s personal choice. Great hotel close to the airport station restaurants and convenience stores."

"All good, be aware airport shuttle finishes at 9:10 am, yes 9:10am in the morning. Pretty cost effective if you want to catch an early morning flight at Haneda airport."

"I stayed in a double room and a single room .For the price it is okay-storage for luggage is under the bed.I find the bathroom very small as a 5’8 when sitting my knees nearly touch the door.Overall I found the single room to be slightly more spacier overall.Would stay here again because of the easy check in and out process.Especially the express check out which was very convenient for catching 5am trains to Narita airport.No complications."

"The staff were super friendly. I left my bags both before check in and after check out which freed me off to explore. Both check in and check out are done through a machine but I had a staff member helping me since most of the instructions were in Japanese. The room was small but clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall, a great place to stay if you’re looking at visiting Enoshima and Kamakura."

"My experience was amazing. Of course, once I get there my card isn’t working, right? Ughhhh. However, the front desk was accommodating and let me still check in and just advised to have it situated prior to departure. Breakfast was amazing, room was cleaned very well, projector instead of a tv was kool and different."

"It is an amazing hotel and the staff can not do enough for you. Was a bit surprised the bar shuts at 930, but can’t fault the hotel. Great location for cruises and enjoying Yokohama and any other places you want to visit."

"施設全体のお手入れがとても行き届いていました。お部屋も広々、清掃もバッチリでした。アメニティーも豊富ですし、ロビーでのコーヒーマシーンでの飲み物サービスもありとても良かったです。忙しい旅程だったので朝食付きにしました。和食、洋食が選べて（事前に）、こちらも大満足。一つ残念に思ったのは、ランドリーサービスがあるのですが、とても混んでおり、夜遅くまで待ったのですが、洗濯機に空きがなく、早朝に行ったのですが、夜中にやりっぱなしで放置してるお客さんが洗濯機２台とも占領しており、フロントに言いましたが、自分達は関与できないとのこと。洗濯機使用時、個人でPINナンバーを決めて、洗濯機の開閉を行うため、開けられないとのこと。注意書きは書いてあるものの、実際、こういうお客さんがいるので、終わったらすぐに次の人が使用できるような工夫をホテル側にしてほしいです。"
