直前まで宿泊先と連絡がとれず、宿泊出来るのかエクスペディアと2週間前から前日までやり取りしました。最終的に前日になり電話が繋がりLINEでやり取り出来ましたが、旅行直前までかなり不安でした。 他社サイトに、水道が5日のうち4日出ないと書いてあったので問い合わせをすると、大丈夫との返事でしたが、結局着いた日と最終日に使えなくて、風呂やトイレでかなり困りました。ちなみに水ですが、これがこちらでは普通なのかもしれませんが、大げさではなく黄色に濁った泥水でしたが。 また、レンタカーで行ったんですが、2日目に電動シャッターが壊れて閉まらなくなり、結局最終日まで何度も連絡しましたが、修理されず、玄関のシャッターは開けっぱなしでした。治安がいいから大丈夫と言われましたが初めての場所なので留守中や夜は不安で電気をつけっぱなしにしてました。 電気代は別になるので、最終日に考慮するよう値下げ交渉をしましたが、1700パーツが1600パーツになっただけでした。 施設は新しく清潔で綺麗でしたが、ネコが住み着き、部屋に入ってきて困りました。また、バスタオルしかなく、アメニティは一切なく、タオル、ティッシュ、水やウォーターサーバーもなく、キッチン付きなのに困りました。全てこちらで用意しなくてはなりません。 今まで、プーケットのヴィラに10回ほど宿泊しましたが、1番対応の悪いヴィラでした。改善すれば、施設は新しく綺麗なのに、とても残念でした。
