"We absolutely loved our stay at Himmapana villas. The villa was so well appointed- the pool was private and so lovely! We were celebrating a special occasion so took advantage of having their private chef come in & cook for us. Chef Lee created a wonderful meal for us. Shuttle to beach is so convenient. "The villa is amazing and we had an overall good experience.The spa bath is still not in a working condition and was never communicated to us.The property is beautiful but not well kept,with dodgy electricity cables in the wardrobes,no usable outside barbeque.Poor communication from the property manager,did not reply to our emails apart from check out details.No clear instructions re garbage etc.If you do not plan to rent a car this property might not be the right choice.We did enjoy our stay and...

"Here’s the deal, I think things are either 1 star or 5 star. I don’t think the stay deserved a 1 star, but it’s a huge stretch for a 5 star. The place definitely is nice for the price and you can tell people who have stayed have been rough on it. The communication with the property manager was good, they are quick to respond. Here’s the issue, they don’t have water continuously running, it needs to get pumped in, so for our 2.5 day stay, we ran out of water 3 times and needed them to pump water...

"There's a lot of negative experience while staying there 1) There's no water supplied when we just moved in, we need to contact them and wait for them to send a water truck to refill the water tank. 2) Electricity has a free of charge quota. there will be additional charge once it hit over the quota. Although it has been stated down in the T&C, but the electricity meter was consuming almost 1 kwh per hour, a quota of 150kwh for 3 days is unreasonable low. "This is by far the best resort I have ever stayed at. My husband and I arrived for our honeymoon and from the second we showed up, the staff was super friendly and helpful. We rented a scooter which made getting to and from the area very easy. You are about 5 minutes away from Kamala beach and about 20 minutes away from Patong beach. I love that this resort is up on a hill so you are away from the hustle and bustle. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we are in Phuket. Thank...

"Other near by towns seemed to have more to offer, rather small quiet area, which if this is what you are after then perfect. The hotel was great, as were the staff. However, the gym facilities were not as expected - looked okay but a lot of the kit was damaged/old/not working properly "
