"This will be good in few years. Right now it's still lacking alot. There is constant construction , it's supposed to be utopia but there is floor making , huge trucks lugging dirt and most annoyingly there is a weird noise form the electric system in the yard . It isike an ancient Chinese torture every 45 sec or so you hear a 5 sec buzzing from the electric system. The staff is trying hard and 50 percent are very nice but the rest are just constantly confused."

"There was a problem with the type of the accommodation but finally when the manager involved we received the right type as per the booking. Even we needed to wait until 7pm to get in the accommodation. Only one guy from the reception was very polite but the rest didn’t show the correct attitude to us as clients. No free parking and those bugs are everywhere upfront of hotel and inside, also balcony great view , but very old and huge spiders at night "

"Excellent location - we had a studio with sea view. The staff was super busy but also very polite. All necessary for a short stay in the studio was sufficient and exceptionally clean - a rare find for those types of accommodations in BG as a whole. They also had free on site parking right next to the building. Would highly recommend because of the parking, location, cleanliness! "

"I’m not sure this should be a 4 star rating, was more like a 3. Not sure we’re ‘luxury’ came into it! Lots of things were closed, games (mini golf, table tennis , air hockey) were either broken or not open. The spa was there but looked very dirty and forgotten about. Staff only spoke Bulgarian, with very few English words spoken by the very younger staff so not really international friendly. Rooms were mopped daily but not much else. Food was same every day except for one replacement dish a day...

"This hotel was top class. The whole hotel was immaculately clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and always freshly prepared. It had a lovely swimming pool, but was also situated close to a beautiful beach."
