"There were serious concerns about security and privacy. Some room key cards were broken, and the large opening around the lock was covered only by a cheap plastic panel that could easily be removed by hand.
I was also shocked that housekeeping entered my room twice while I was in the shower, without warning...
These issues made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe during my stay."

"The room was very large and new! It was great that the bathroom was equipped with a washer and dryer. Unfortunately, the air conditioner had a very strong odor. It definitely needs to be cleaned. "We arrived early but were able to check-in which was wonderful.
Very helpful receptionist.
The room was clean and tidy and equipped with basic cooking facilities which we didn't expect.
Aspect Central is on a very busy road but the room we were in was relatively quiet during the night. I'm a light sleeper but I slept well."

"We have stayed here before and will do again. It is very reasonably priced for a city centre hotel and, although the rooms are a bit dated, they are clean and perfectly adequate for a night or two. The reception staff are always welcoming, friendly and helpful and we enjoy being able to walk to the esplanade in just a few minutes."
