"The cottage has everything a family needs but the communications around check-in was very poor and hotels.com's customer service was unwilling to provide any assistance. I would have thought some level of quality control helped justify hotels.com's commission. Either way, the cottage is managed by the building next door and this is where you need to go to collect the key. "

"The young owners of this property are very sweet, kind and really try to be helpful. They seemed that had not quite got the hang of being proprietors, but they are very likable. Compared to other places we stayed cluttered with not quite the same and amenities. The owner was very helpful when we got stuck in snow bank during a snowstorm via messages. The staff are amazing and will shuttle you to close resorts as well as into town for dinner and pick you up. Highly recommend for your ski base! "
