Very clean and well kept, comfortable beds, and convenient kitchenette with dishes and pots and pans available. We did have to go down and request sheets to put on the pull out sofa, and I wish there was a pool on site, but otherwise everything was perfect.

The accommodations were lovely and clean. Very spacious. Beds were super comfortable. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Parking lot is a little snug but they do have security cameras so that’s a bonus. Could do with some bed side lamps and maybe a coffee machine in the room. Other than that was all good. Close to stores, restaurants and the highway.

Sparkling clean hotel, I love laminate flooring instead of carpet that can get crunchy! Great checking, friendly guy. A couple free waters and chips as a welcome! There’s no coffee pot or kettle for tea in room, the only negative I can find. Great value!

The room was nice and the bed was comfy. Wasn’t a fan of not having the ability to make coffee in my room. Also there was no Kleenex in the room so if you needed to blow your nose you had to use toilet paper. Not a biggy but just feels a little cheap. Overall I would stay again.

The room was clean, relatively new and the Ac worked really well. It was nice to have the kitchen area. Staff at front desk were always helpful and my kids really liked that they gave us chips, candy bars and cookies. We were on the top floor. Room was quiet. They had coffee available at the front desk.

This hotel was well appointed and the front desk person was top notch! He was friendly, kind and helpful. I am handicapped and he brought me to my room to bring my suitcase. He also took my suitcase to my car the next morning. He placed it in my car. This was such a wonderful service to provide. Thank you very much!! I will stay at this hotel any time that I am in Kamloops.
