"I was so excited to stay at this property to relax and enjoy the spa. That was not to happen. I can be to blame, but I thought with this being small boutique exclusive villas it would not be an issue booking the spa. I even inquired about the spa several days before my arrival about that retreat, and have an email response there was room. Upon check in, I was informed there was availability for a 30 minute spa session for my entire 3 nights I would be there. I was completely shocked. The...
