"We had a wonderful stay at Sunway Grid SR Home. Our kids absolutely loved the indoor slide and climbing wall. The room was spacious and highly comfortable for the entire family. Having a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities was incredibly convenient, especially for our long stay. The clean, fabulous infinity pool was a highlight, and we swam almost every day. "Great and amazing experience. Value for money. 5 star experience and for the price, it was really a steal. Only complain is the distance away from amenities as it was quite secluded and you need a car to access this resort. It’s not easily accessible by other means of transport."

"Fully paid for room in hotels.com. At counter for check in on 8pm on 01May26. Wait for 2hours no room available with heavily over booking and crowds of people in lobby waiting for rooms. Decided to seek PlanB at this late hour after 10pm. Request for cancelation and refund through hotels.com. No acknowledge receipt was Issued to us. We left to find alternative accommodation with the understanding that we will be refunded by 12noon on 02May26 but no payment received."

"We had a wonderful 3D2N family stay in the suite with balcony. The hospitality was warm and welcoming. Room was modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean. Having a full kitchen, washing machine, and dryer was incredibly convenient for our family, especially on a longer trip. A comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to families."
