The newly renovated room was beautiful ! Furniture brand new ! The view of golf course and ocean ( seeing the whales too) was chefs kiss ! The grounds were very Hawaiian traditional and tropical, simply divine! The snorkeling there was incredible! My only quip would be the food, some was great, but outrageously expensive! Even by the pool, which seems a bit over the top, the staff was wonderful! I highly recommend

It’s a beautiful property with a nice pool and protected ocean cove for snorkeling. There’s not a lot close by but a great place to relax.

Property and staff were great. You will need a car if you want to go anywhere on the island as the location is 40 mins north of Kona. There is a shuttle that will take you to some nearby shops and another hotel in the same area which was nice. Gold level is well worth it and the staff really took care of us the entire stay. Would definitely stay here again!!!!

My husband and I stayed here with friends and had a wonderful stay. We had a partial ocean view and they had an ocean view. Rooms were spacious and service was great. The grounds are pretty and we enjoyed the private beach with snorkeling available at your feet. I wish they would have had umbrellas available on the beach, but once the shade disappeared, we just moved over to the pool area and grabbed umbrella chairs. Perfect sunsets at night.

Must Stay Hotel

Our stay here was incredible. The rooms here are clean & extremely comfortable. The Beach was easy to get a chair and the bar service was great. It is a little ways away from extra shops / restaurants, so would suggest renting a vehicle or taking an uber. The workers on the Gold floor made our stay welcoming and were super helpful. Overall the views are amazing & id recommend to anyone to stay here.

The facility was so cute, clean and well maintained. Service was good. Every staff at the hotel was professional. Love the food at the restaurant. We stayed on the gold floor and I cannot recommend it enough. The staff was exceptional up there. I did have an issue with a tour guide, trying to pick me up out front and the valets telling him he could not do that. Hopefully they’ll get that stuff worked out. Otherwise it was amazing.
