"It's a no frills hotel. No elevator for seniors or PWD. Minimal off street parking. The airconditioning wasn't cooling well so they brought me a fan. The hot water heater didn't work so they gave me a bucket and dipper to do a cold bath."

When we checked out, I told the manager about it. She was understanding but noted that that other group had a reservation, too. I reminded the manager that other guests have to respect their neighbors who may be trying to sleep. She said that she would make a not of it. While the manager was pleasant enough and seemed concerned, I don’t think that she understood the gravity of my concern."
