"I want to do a claim! The property doesnt exists. The phone number is not working, we asked in the city, we went to the Police for ask where they are, but nobody knows them. The address "Plot 23" nobody knows what is it. Also in the Police station they dont know it. So we had to pay another hotel. I want back my money and I will never more pay in advance. Waiting your reply."
