Was charged an exorbitant rate per night when sheets and blankets were of a cheap quality no ice cubes or ice cream available.. food menu very limited .. for that amount one expects 5 star amenities.. had requested for accommodation for 1 person and was given 2 double beds .. price shown was 4504... was charged 7700.. Expedia should check out property before hosting it .. never again will book with Expedia

The Malabar Beach Resort & Ayurvedic Spa
If you book online, the hotel charges you for online booking amount but doesn't give GST bill of same value and tells to take bill from online booking portal. It offers GST bill of lower value of what he gets from booking portal after deduction of online booking commission. The online booking portal doesn't give you the bill as he hasn't collected the money from you. I could get the GST bill of full value only after lot of persuasion.
