The room is nice and clean. The location is great near the subway stations and the night market. We were on the 3rd floor facing the Main Street and the noise is acceptable. The staffs are very nice. The breakfast is good.

The location is not closest to kaohsiung main station, but it is in between the main station and formosa boulevard liuhe night market, which i think is more convenient. the hotel have all great amenities you need as traveler.

The hotel is clean, and comfortable to stay in. The breakfast buffet provided a good assortment of food options, and the coffee and complimentary ice cream are a plus. It is close to both the Taiwan rail system and MRT making it pretty easy to get around the city and visit the nearby cities such as Tainan .

The front desk, and kitchen staff are very friendly and excellent. My wife love the convenience of the laundromat on the 8th floor. However, she would like to be able to borrow the iron and have it done in our room.

Incredibly enjoyable stay

Felt very comfortable during my entire stay at the hotel. Very clean. Breakfast was tasty and had a variety of choices. I was lucky to get a free upgrade to a family room on the first night. Some nitpicking—on lower floors the noises of the cars could sometimes be obvious. But overall it was an incredibly enjoyable stay and I would choose here again next time.

The area was noisy and you could hear all the street noise in the rooms. The rooms could have been cleaner, and they looked very dated. The staff were very nice and they did have a good breakfast.

We had 3 beds so it was just perfect for us. Free ice cream was a nice touch. Breakfast was just ok for the western palet. Toast and salad was ok. They could use some peanut butter and some fruit. They also had toaster ovens to toast the bread when maybe a toaster would be helpful. Staff was friendly and helpful

The area was conveniently located with many dining options. The bathroom needs to be updated the tiles had presence of mildew all over the bathtub area. The window screens had large gaps of missing mesh where a flying bug enters the room. At midnight there’s people talking loudly, at times shouting out loud & noisy cars. I give highest rating for front desk staff that was so helpful to print out my flight boarding pass and for that I am very thankful it made my check-in so much easier!

1/ The breakfast was too little choice and repetitive and yet the same salad every morning was not prepare with heart. I end up to buying my fruits myself and prepare my hard boil eggs in my room. 2/ They have room service light but yet they are asking me every morning before breakfast if I need to makeup the room and what time...Better do it otherwise you won't get anything top-up like bottled drinking water. 3/ One plus point is that they provide 24hours free flow of coffee, ice cream and simple snack, but no supper as mentioned by many others 4/ Room was clean but the toilet is too small so much so that you need to closed the shower screen door before you can open the toil door and very narrow for you to use tower to dry yourself up. 5/ They told me needs to call taxi at least 20mins in advance but it come in 2 mins ended I ay waiting time fare and rushing for it and resulted some important receipt left in the room. 6/ Other than above, the location is good and staffs are friendly...
