We hasd no hot water, maint. tried to fix the problem 3 times, no luck, wasted an entire day, no other room options were given said they were sold out. Had to find our own room accomodations, no help at all from Kauai Calls. Had to call our credit card company to get a full refund. A TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!!!!!
