Dieses Hotel hat seine Check in und check out Prozesse weitestgehend digitalisiert. Selbst die Zimmerkarte kommt aus einem Automaten, wo man am Bildschirm vorab seine Daten eingibt. Im Prinzip hat aber alles geklappt (warte nur noch auf eine Rechnungskorrektur)

Wir möchten uns nochmals herzlich für den netten Empfang bedanken. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Super charmantes und sauberes Zimmer. Es gab sogar ein tolles Leckerli für unseren Hund Purzel. Wir werden definitiv für den nächsten Aufenthalt in Kappeln dieses Hotel buchen!

Adgangsforhold for kørestolsbrugere/rollator ikke acceptabel, forholdet kunne nemt afhjælpes med en rampe fra p-pladsen bag hotellet og til receptionen Elevator fra reception til værelset ok. Receptionisterne meget servicemindede. Det samme var gældende for medarbejderen, som stod for morgenmadsbufeten Fin udsigt til Schlien med de gamle skibe

Ankommen und wohlfühlen, so soll es sein und so war es definitiv! Absolut top und nur zu empfehlen. Traumhafte Lage an der Schlei, tolle Zimmer, sehr sauber, top Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal. Wir kommen wieder!

Sehr kleine Zimmer mit Dachschräge in der 4. Etage. Service für Gäste mit Hunden sehr gut (15€ extra) Im Restaurant sehr aufmerksames Personal. Sanitär Anlagen sehr gut. Rezeption bis 20.00 Uhr besetzt. Perfekt für kurze Aufenthalte.

Moderne Einrichtung

Sehr modern ausgestattetes Hotelzimmer. Alles an der Einrichtung scheint sehr neu zu sein. Die Zimmer und die Dusche waren äußerst sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Die Location speziell unser Zimmer 1 im EG mit Schleiblick befindet sich unmittelbar neben einer stark befahrenen Brücke, von der Tag & Nacht starke metallische Geräusche durch den Verkehr ausgehen. Es entsteht der akustische Eindruck als ob Lastwagen direkt durch das Zimmer fahren..an Schlaf ist nicht zu denken. Das Zimmer ist barrierefrei gestaltet, so daß beim Duschen das komplette Bad inklusive WC-Bereich unter Wasser stand. Ein Nachtlicht wäre wünschenswert.

mir hat der Aufenthalt durchweg gut gefallen. Bei Allei reisenden wir oft vergessen, dass schon der Weg zum Buffet, dazu führen kann, dass der Tischplatz in der Zwischenzeit von anderen Gästen belegt werden kann. Das ist nervig. Da sollte das Persopnal etwas acht geben.Mit fehlt (hoffentlich noch) eine hoteleigene Ladestation für E-Fahrzeuge.

Im Südspeichen ganz oben

Das Zimmer (46) war wirklich klein, Tür geht gerade mal knapp am Bett dran vorbei auf. Betten hervorragend. Ablagemöglichkeiten vorhanden, aber doch sehr eingeschränkt. Die Lage unter dem Dach mit den Dachschrägen machte den Raum noch kleiner. Das Bad war sehr gut, allerdings ist die Badezimmertür aus Milchglas und wenig schallisolierend. Für 1 Nacht ausreichend. Plastikbecher für die Getränke sollte es 2023 nicht mehr geben. Insgesamt eine schöne Erfahrung, in einem interessanten Gebäude. Beim nächsten Mal aber nicht im Dachgeschoss. Frühstücksbüffet war gut. Der Frühstücksraum hat ein eher industriellen Charakter, kann man mögen.
