"The owner was very helpful. He booked a balloon flight for us. The pickup time was 5:30 AM and he was there at 5:30 AM waiting with us. The pickup van was late and he kept calling the company and made sure we got in the right van. He and his brother have a restaurant. They gave us 10% off and compared ..."
