"The place is not very friendly. The customer service at reception pathetic no greetings, not helpful at all. He directly asked for my CVC code which I understand however he didn’t care to explain the terms at all. The place is under construction where sounds are so loud. We called and asked for a knife to have some fruits the men said he will arrange, after waiting for a while we went down to ask him he said the housekeeping had gone out and will bring it to us when he is back. "Manha is consistently the best priced airport hotel. We left our car there for 3 weeks at $10/night and then booked one night at the end of our holiday to save having to drive after a big travel day. An easy $20 Uber from terminal. Check in straightforward. Gave us an extra hour to check out at no cost. Room good size. Bed comfy. Complimentary breakfast adequate without being inspiring. Be aware it is a budget hotel. Some of the furniture in the rooms a little knocked about and rear carpark...

"The room, staff and parking was exceptional. The lunch time meal deal was brilliant but the menu at night doesn’t compare with dining options in the CBD which is only a short walk away. Location was magnificent close to Woolworths and petrol. Definitely returning."

"We booked a room with twin beds and were placed in a family room with a double and a bunk bed. The room was tiny. I cannot imagin how a familiy of four including luggage will manage. The bath room is also tiny and there is no shelf for toileteries. The price was also higher then comparable hotels near the airport. The shuttle bus is not free and return trip costs $13 per person. The restaurant was great, good portion size and tasty. But all in all we would not stay there again "

"Situated right in city of Auckland with access to taking ferry rides across the harbour..other public transport, buses, trains. A very good location. "

"Staff were super nice and helpful. Our one bedroom had everything we needed. It was a bit dated with things like the top sheet having a stain and the shower door not sealing properly. It was an amazing price for all we got in a nice neighbourhood."

"We flew into AKL after midnight and just needed a place to sleep before our roadtrip and this hotel was excellent. This hotel is literally steps away from the international terminal which was excellent. Staff from check in until check out were friendly and professional, room was clean and comfortable, bathroom was clean and well-appointed, breakfast buffet was good quality and included a wide selection. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to others. "
