Forced access through the sliding door. No CCTV cameras, no monitoring. Think twice if you're planning a trip (business or pleasure) or you're bring international guests. No compensation from this 5 star rated hotel."

"The property can do with a refresh along with the installation of a mechanism to help keep things like the power and internet connection up during the consistent power dips. near impossible to be in any kind of online meeting if it takes 10 minutes plus for the internet to come back after a dip. The team at the hotel are friendly but getting any kind of order to the room takes an inordinate amount of time, in my case 1,5 hours to then still have it be incorrect. On the whole comfortable with notable short comings."
