"Our stay at KING’s Hotel Center in Munich was truly incredible. The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the metro, bus stops, restaurants, Old Town Munich, and all the major shopping areas. Getting around the city was effortless. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was excellent. The staff consistently delivered a “We Want and We Will” attitude — welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable. The rooms were exactly what my family and I needed: spacious, comfortable beds, and perfectly functioning AC, which was a relief during warm days. The hotel also offers complimentary coffee, tea, and water at any time in the lobby’s coffee bar area, which was a great touch. Breakfast is available for a fee, and it’s a solid option if you want something convenient before heading out. They also helped arrange a taxi for our airport transfer, making departure stress‑free. We want to highlight one staff member in particular: Richard. He went above and beyond to ensure we were having the best experience in Munich. He provided thoughtful recommendations for local restaurants, shared detailed information about the hotel, and consistently impressed us with his professionalism and attention to detail. His hospitality made a meaningful difference in our stay. Overall, KING’s Hotel Center exceeded our expectations in every way — location, comfort, and exceptional service. We would absolutely stay here again."

"We were pleasantly surprised by this property. While parking wasn’t great, it’s typical for the area. The room felt more like an apartment‑style suite, complete with a full kitchen, a living room, and a bedroom upstairs. Having bathrooms on both levels was incredibly convenient. The full closet—even including a scale—was a thoughtful touch and very helpful when packing for airport weight requirements. The view from the room was lovely and added to the comfort of our stay. Next door, there is an adjacent restaurant with some of the kindest staff we encountered in Germany. One gentleman in particular went out of his way to help us get food late one evening, just before closing, and made sure we were taken care of. His hospitality truly stood out. Overall, this hotel offered a unique layout, great service, and a surprisingly home‑like feel. We genuinely enjoyed our stay."
