Cool to stay in a machiya. Stairs are narrow and more like a ladder, but easily navigable for younger and smaller bodies. For the price there are more comfortable and equally well situated places around. "

However once you have found it, the accommodation is great. Easy walk to buses or taxi to wherever. Great place would recommend, just remember it’s down an alley!"
