"A very pleasant experience for me. It is a homestay and not a normal hotel. The owner is very courteous and the location is quite good for my purpose. Also, it's in a residential area and I get fresh air by opening the large windows in my room. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a homely feeling away from home. "Despite having a confirmed booking, the hotel unexpectedly refused us entry and displayed unprofessional behavior. The staff went beyond inconvenience, attempting to extort more money from us and when situation escalated they forcibly snatched our phone. This experience has left a lasting negative impression, and I'm eager to share the details for others to be aware of such practices"
