"The check in process is something we are not used to. The hotel does not have a reception area so this might pose a problem for some people. The check in processing if documents have to be done in advance. Once you confirm your booking you will receive a message with a url where you upload your documents (passport)-this is a must bec you will receive your qr code in the email provided 24 hr prior to your stay. Since they do not have a receptionist, our luggages cannot be forwarded to them so we...

"This place is very well located close to Namba station and one of the more popular shrines in Osaka (Namba Yasaka Shrine). Convenience stores and supermarkets are close by. The staff all spoke very good English and were happy to help with all our questions. The room was a bit smaller than we expected from the photos, as was the bed. But with your own small kitchen and balcony to step out you get a bit more of a homey feeling than in a regular hotel. Highly recommend!"

"Overall the stay was pleasant enough. Rooms were clean but pretty basic. Location was good."

"マンションをホテル風にした感じ。キッチンや料理を作るための道具や箸、スプーンなどが一通りあるのでとても便利だと思った。 場所が少しわかりづらい、部屋のTVのスイッチがOFFになっており探しづらかったと感じましたが、快適に過ごせました。"

"This hotel had a cozy, Airbnb-like vibe that my family and I absolutely adored! Every aspect of the room was thoughtfully designed. It was incredibly clean, spacious, and conveniently located. The room was equipped with clear instructions, all of which were translated into English. This thoughtful gesture was particularly appreciated by foreigners like myself. The overall atmosphere of the room was safe and peaceful. 10/10 🌟🌟🌟"

"住宿整體不錯，家電廚具算很齊全。喜歡煮宵夜的人會很滿意。洗衣乾衣都很好，陽台亦可曬衫。缺點是廁所空間有臭味。另外隔音確實麻麻，火車聲量可接受，但晚間鄰居活動噪音很認聲，酒店亦貼心提供耳塞。"

"The staff was very friendly and it was an easy 5 minute walk to the Imamiya station. Wouldn't mind having more restaurants nearby (but they can't control that). Lawsons across the street has a decent selection of prepared meals you can heat up in the microwave."

"Please to highlight the hotel's convenient proximity to local amenities, the exceptional level of service provided by the staff, and the high standards of cleanliness maintained throughout the property."
