No longer a Baymont or Wyndham hotel

They are no longer a Baymont and no longer connected to Wyndham hotels. They will not honor a reservation.

The building is old, run down needs replaced. Rooms need attention to detail, items ripped off wall, screws sticking out, dirty floor especially around the edges. bath needs complete remodel and upgraded. will probably never stay there again, even though the staff was nice. Hate to say it but its a dump.

None of thd outside doors were locked, just had to push a little extra on the door to get inside the building. The keypad to the door we were told to use was shattered and didnt work is how we found out you just had to push hard to get in.

You get what you pay for

The shower plug did not work so water pooled in the tub and there was hair in the bathroom. The lobby smelled like someone had been cooking fish. The rate was low and we were there just overnight while traveling so we did not have great expectations to start

Good for price. Dont expect much

Good for the price. Nice easy check in. No breakfast though. Just have a coffee bar and most the amenities like the fitness room are out of order. Good place for just getting in and out on your travels

Good front desk

The front desk clerk asked if I would like to see the room before checking. I declined but asked if there was shampoo and he offered to bring it if there wasn’t any. Once in the room we found the tv didn’t work and there wasn’t shampoo so I called and he came immediately. The tv still didn’t work so he called the manager who came to the room but wasn’t polite to the front desk agent , “fixed” the tv by maneuvering some buttons in the back of the tv and reluctantly said there was another room a available. My husband was on the toilet so I would call when we discuss it...the only way to work the tv was from the back and we didn’t know how to. Also the toilet needed to be anchored to the floor that I forgot to mention. They moved us to a very nice room but there was nobody at the front desk in the morning to mention the problem with the toilet in the first room. I do want to emphasize the front desk agent in that work with us at check in was very gracious

I would not stay here again. Bathroom was dirty and carpet had stains and sheets were not good quality. Web site says free Breakfast. But then at hotel, they said due to Covid, no breakfast offered. This is a cop out! They could get pre-packaged items to offer!

Everything was great for the time we had and I was impressed that they had coined laundry machines available for use. Also within walking distance to places you can grab breakfast.

Very bad and filthy rooms

The rooms were dirty. When we pulled the blankets back there were crumbs and dirt on the sheets like nobody changed anything or cleaned anything!. All 3 rooms were this way and I told the night clerk and he just moved us to a different room and it was the same.

We Got What We Paid For

The first room they gave us looked like the bathroom hadn't been cleaned in a long time. They were apologetic and let us choose another room. The room we stayed in had a little cleaner bathroom. The garbage can was filthy and had not been emptied.

Scary

It was terrifying. As i drove up a man was smoking but was opening a window from the outside. I would have left but my room was paid for as i booked. Also my room keys kept not working so i had to have the front desk come open with his key. He wouldnt reprogram my card.

Worn out

Very shabby. Bathroom not cleaned. Shower full of hair & used bar of soap. Duct taped hole in bath tub. Toilet obviously not cleaned. Had snowed quite a bit & didn't clear sidewalks or parking lot. Had to wait for 10 minutes before someone came to desk to checkin. Back entrance completely unsecured lock removed.

A good night sleep

Me and my stay in hotels for 20 plus years we lived in them we have saw a lot now we are Move and we won't have to live in them any more last night me and my husband didn't have a lot of money but we had to get a room on are journey moving across states we needed to sleep The young man at the front desk was fabulous the room had everything we needed for being a older hotel it was well kept up and I felt safe I would come back the young man's name Mike or something like that

Very dirty and ran down!

I reserved a suit with a king bed and got a room with 2 queen beds and the room was very cold. The place is just dirty and run down. We were to tired to complain and not getting a king bed. Just motivated us to leave earlier.
