"Fantastic hotel, clean, great buffet breakfast and room service. Only recommendation would be to have a children’s corner near the buffet breakfast to keep the little ones occupied whilst we eat."

"It didn’t live up to the usual Hilton standards. The room was booked for two people, but only one pair of slippers was provided. There was a hair in the bathroom sink and stains on the carpet. There wasn’t even a bottle of water in the room. As we were very tired and only staying for one night, we didn’t contact the hotel. Although the room’s size and appearance were different from the photos shown when we booked, the view was quite nice."

"Even though this hotel is showing some age our room (Lakeview Room) was clean, spacious and had a fabulous view of Lake Wakatipu and the snow capped mountains of The Remarkables. Walking distance to the centre of town. Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants to choose from."
