"The property appeared to be new or recently renovated, and overall, the room was spacious, clean, and located in a quiet neighbourhood. I stayed for one night while attending a wedding reception nearby.
The accommodation itself is quite basic. However, I was disappointed that some common amenities were missing, such as a mirror inside the room for guests to get dressed, a bedside alarm clock, and an intercom or phone to contact reception.
The most disappointing aspect, and the sight that...

"Kula is a lovely property. The apartments are well presented, spacious and comfortable. The location is also great and walkable to the beach and mall. There were some issues with one of the lifts not working, however the team communicated quickly and clearly and it was rectified the next day. I would suggest the addition of stoppers on all of the doors, as they bang onto the wardrobe mirrors and could cause breakage. There is also one needed on the outside of the mirror bathroom cabinet. "The boat harbour view was pleasant from our room.
The extra bed in the room should have been a King single, our son’s feet were hanging off the end.

The shower needed a good scrub.
Better quality toilet paper,so thin."

"Very dated rooms.
Crying out for a renovation .
The noisy air conditioning unit for the whole hotel was on the other side of my window .
The bathroom had gaps where tiles used to be .
And the beds had one clean bottom sheet only, so everyone slept with a quilt on them , that had been in contact with the previous occupant.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone ."
