"I was a solo traveller and I really wasn’t expecting too much BUT the moment I got to Conny’s I knew I was going to enjoy my stay. Sandra and her team were the absolute best, the little touches to the hotel made it friendly and welcoming. The location is spot on, a 20 minute walk to old town or a short cab ride to the beach clubs. The food… delicious and with Seref looking after you, you’re guaranteed a nice evening. "When I arrived I waited for over an hour to get my room ready even though the check in was from 2 pm I got to my room around 3.45pm. My room was great size but dirty and smelly and right by the pool and social areas so there was constant noise and loud music playing. There was also unwanted door to another room from the corner of my room - I didn’t feel comfortable and heard everything from the family next to us. So we were woken up by them all the time. 😳 we had to wait 2 days until another...

Das haben wir natürlich am nächsten Morgen andere Rezeption weitergegeben, dass es nicht möglich ist jedes Mal mit einem Baby hoch zu laufen. "Side tatilimiz genel olarak oldukça keyifli geçti. Oteldeki bazı eşyaların biraz yıpranmış olduğunu ve odamızdaki televizyonun arızalı olduğunu fark ettik. Ancak bu durumu resepsiyona bildirdiğimiz anda çok hızlı bir şekilde ilgilenip televizyonumuzu hemen değiştirdiler. Personel gerçekten çok güler yüzlü ve ellerinden gelen her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Çözüm odaklı ve ilgili yaklaşımları sayesinde otelden memnun ayrıldık. "Really close to the beach (1 min) really far from the parking (15min). Staff is Nice, really good restaurant close to the hotel but expensive. Bad smell in the room (sewer)and the shower is over the toilette its was weird."
