"Property is nice, but the area is not the best in Zanzibar. Beach is right where a working fishing village is located. Not very private at all! Property is nice, grounds are ok. Overall upkeep of the property is below expectations. We switched villas and the second one was better, but not in pristine condition. Villa layout is awkward. "Couldn’t think of a critique , such a relaxing resort. Staff was impeccable. My wife and I stayed 3 nights, there wasn’t a moment we weren’t impressed. The buffets were great, there were activities constantly and the staff was so attentive. Special shout out for Neema in the buffet area, Joseph at the beach area and Ali the groundskeeper.
