"There is a restaurant/shisha lounge connected to the hotel that we visit each time we stay. It is incredible! The staff, the service, the food, the shishas, and the entertainment are all exceptional!"

"That and more. Attention to detail, goodies every day in your room, popcorn, cookies, teas, sleepy tea, lavander spray forbyour pillows, lips balms, lotion to keep in your purse. Sparkle clean bathtub, showers and towels. The restaurant waitress,nice rember your name, ours was Alexia and Felix, those two are A+ associates. My only advise its to place security bar's or handicap bar in the tub, other than that. Perfect"

"Room was spotless, well provisioned with drinks and biscuits. Good quality bathroom products. Bathroom was very bijou! Only thing that was a little disappointing but everything else was superb. Staff were so helpful and friendly- lovely choices on bar food"

"The room was clean and staff good. Was surprised that the cleaning staff had left the window open though, so it was very cold when I arrived and took a while for the room to warm up. Dinner was a little disappointing - stick toffee pudding was dry and tasted stale. Breakfast was amazing though and made up for the lousy dinner experience."
