"The only positive part of my stay was the nice gentleman who checked me in. OTHERWISE, avoid this property at all costs, especially if you have an early morning or important event the next day. "The property is clean and new. Very basic, minimalist. No pots or pans because "they disappear" per staff but I was directed to a store to buy pots and pans. No ice machine as the in room fridges have them, but ours did not work. A/C was fine. There is no pool, and I missed that in the property listing. My fault, but it is worth noting in Phoenix/Mesa."

"Everything was very nice except for the person duty when we checked in, his mood was unprofessional and unpleasant. The hotel’s location is the best and the decor is so unique and fun! The free drink card was a very nice touch! Room was quiet, cooled perfectly and bed was comfortable. I would the hotel and just hope you are greeted properly when you check in! Waited 20 minutes for an iron and almost one hour for other items and had to go to the front desk for them.
The property is dated and the rooms were dark and musty.
Kids had a mediocre time.

Wristbands used to open the gate out the parking lot don't work well.
