"Our room was excellent. It was clean, the bed was so comfortable and the jacuzzi tub in the room was big and relaxing!! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good. We had scrambled eggs, sausage links Bagels and fresh fruit the first morning. We had hash browns and biscuits and gravy and fruit the second morning. All of it was delicious. The pool was a little cold but we swam anyway. The hot tub was perfectly comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!"

"attention to detail. get roof leaks fixed, water issues around tub in bathrooms. ac unit air filter was packed with lint. Room windows leaking. "

"After check in our Tv displayed a message that said “scrambled or weak signal.” Reporting this to the night shift clerk was pointless…. She said “ there is nothing I can do about this. We don’t have a maintenance staff at night,” Not the answer we were looking for!!!! She did not even offer to call someone. Upon checking out the matter was discussed again and was told by staff “ yeah we can’t do anything about tv issues!” Will not stay there again or with this chain. I’m switching back to...

"This building was beautiful and very clean. The room was also clean and very comfortable beds. The breakfast looked amazing with many choices to choose from. I will be staying here again!"

"We had a wonderful three night stay however the one day we were out all day, our room did not get cleaned. We did have the Do Not Disturb sign on until about 9am but then were out all day and hoped to have fresh towels and toilet paper when we returned. My husband was able to go to the front desk though and bring back towels and toilet paper. Loved the chocolate chip cookies we were given on arrival"

"Shower don’t drain, loud noises from the pipes all night long, bed was uncomfortable and didn’t have sheets, but had a blanket and a sheet on top "

"The biggest issue was that I could hear stomping in the room above. I just have never experienced that... next door sure, but never above. Couldn't sleep."
