"Michael is the only reason I'm giving it 3 stars otherwise I would give it 2. Check in is at 3, get there at 6 and still have to wait an hour for housekeeping to clean my room. So I had to pay full price for way less hours? Looked to be blood on my blanket. I have pictures. Fridge wasn't working so staff put my stuff in kitchen fridge meaning I had no access to my stuff. Pancake machine wasn't working and juice machine was empty. The lady working the breakfast seemed irritated I even asked for...

"Blood stains on the sheets, more dirt in the bed, and the room was overall dirty, Stayed for 10 minutes and quickly left. Front desk was kind, but not helpful. Tried to get a refund, which the front desk attendant agreed to, but was denied due Expedia booking it. He said he would tell the manager. Extremely disappointing and will never go back."

"This is a very basic hotel. Our room was not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived and the wifi was out. There had been a big storm that cut out a lot of power so we understand the challenges the staff had in that regard. However, our room could've been cleaner (eg. food was left in the fridge)."

"The pool and tub were great! The free breakfast had a lot of good options and was delicious. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly."

"Staff was excellent and helpful. Room and dining areas were both very clean. Great TV with smart features (though I would have loved to have been able to cast my phone to it). Breakfast was nice, slightly above average for a hotel buffet. Parking was easy. The free internet was a bit slow so our streaming wasn't always the highest quality (you have to pay for fast internet). But it was fine. Overall nice stay, would stay again."
