"When we went to the dining room, many food was finished and they didn't add any new ones. So the continental breakfast menu was awfull.Also our choices for dinner weren't tasty. But Spa was excellent."

"We were welcomed warmly into The Beaumont by Dominic and Gabriella. Friendly, chatty hosts who told us they were new owners and had been there 6 months and in the process of some refurbishing but keeping with the features of the hotel. Looking great! They showed us around the breakfast lounge and conservatory, the lounge, entrance door and how to get in/out and then on up to our room. Had all the amenities we needed. The Yorkshire tea was definitley a plus being from Yorkshire and very proud of our tea! We preordered our breakfast (which was included in our stay) and the time we would like to have it. Couldn't of been more helpful! My partner and I both commented how well we slept, even though ear plugs were people idea being roadside, we didnt need these as wasn't much noise at all! Breakfast was freshly cooked to order, and free tea/coffee and continental breakfast to help ourselves to! Absolutley delicious. Checked out for 10am - little chat with Dominic and Gabriella as we left. Absolute bargain of a stay. The hosts also made it for us too. We will return as we do also have family in the local area. Would 100% recommend. Thank you both again. Nikki & Liam."

"I had difficulty sleeping as there was an incident in the hotel. The hotel said in the morning; Last night we had a serious incident where a guest's dogs actually locked themselves in the room. can only apologise for the banging and any disturbance you faced during the night. We tried to minimise the noise as much as possible and it did result in calling the fire brigade to break through. Once again I am so very sorry for any disturbance. As a token of good will i'd like to offer you a complimentary voucher to spend over at the main site to get some breakfast or a cup of coffee. I understand that this does not make up for a broken nights sleep but i can assure you we did our best to minimise the damage Your understanding is very much appreciated and again i offer my sincerest apologies"
