"The rooms were lovely and clean, parking was not intuitive but the staff put us right as soon as we checked about it. The breakfast was not our typical food, although the coffee was great. We would stay again as the location was perfect for our needs and the staff excellent."

"Avoid short version staff amazing. Decor dirty, smelly, ripped stain carpets on landing and in room. Rooms spacious comfy beds but don't except to sleep 😴 doors banging kids screaming and running up and down corridors and prostitutes leaving around 5am standing outside broadcasting and comparing notes with each other... don't bother complaining staff knew about the prostitutes outside as they kicked them out off reception for being loud "

"Great hotel, love it, love it, love it! Great facilities i.e. pool, sauna, rooms, bar, gym, toilets. Price competitive to others in the area. Quiet, clean, lovely beds and carpets, great views and central to restaurants. Only thing to improve is to have breakast a bit ealier, otherwise, great hotel, super recommended and will stay again for sure."

"It’s definitely a tired hotel that needs a pick me up, it needs a huge refurb and some TLC, but you get what you pay for. I think the check in time is way too late, but was happy to pay the early check in fee of £10. However, having an accessible ramp but then a lift that doesn’t work, is that safe and legal? So up 3 flights of stairs it was, the room itself was ok, a bouncy mattress that seemed to move with every movement you made on the bed, tv didn’t work but wasn’t bothered about that. However, when it came to showering, half way through my shower, the shower head fell off and thankfully I wasn’t underneath it! It seems the sealant was none existent and it had just been popped back in the best it could, there appeared to be a constant banging which I assume was works taking place fixing downstairs areas of the hotel. Also weird that when I arrived, people, who I assume to be staff or relatives of staff were just asleep on the sofas in the hotel lobby. Overall, if you want a low cost budget hotel, in an ok place in ratio to the town centre then it’s alright, if you want comfort, a working shower and tv, maybe go elsewhere. "

"A very odd set up - You arrive and walk through a conservatory then into a bar area with a small desk. Fella who checked us in was rude and unwelcoming. Shame as the location is great, (we were there for the football) and the room was clean and a good size. They also charge £5 for parking which is not good"

"We had another wonderful stay. It’s in a great spot with Meadowhall across the road, off the M1 and only a 20 minute drive (if that) from the town centre. The staff were fabulous, especially Rachel and Anthony. If we come back to Sheffield, we would stay again. "
