The bartender and waiters were very helpful and kind. The people at reception were usually kind too, however rarely seemed to have solutions to our problems with the Wi-Fi and lack of water in the room on Day 3. An excellent getaway resort. The facility is a little tired in need of some attention but the staff are wonderful and the price structure very agreeable.
