My main issue was reception. I arrived just after 4pm. The property was locked up and there was no one in attendance. I found a contact number on the booking form and got a recorded message. I did get a call back about 10 minutes later and I was given instructions about how to find the entry key ...

Great location. Pool was clean and spa was perfect. Staff very helpful in booking a table next door for dinner. Rooms were clean and comfortable with great selection including tea/coffee and hot chocolate (great bonus!). Will definitely be keeping in mind for our next trip over.
