"Very poor condition. There was a rope tied on the front door to pull it open! No safety grips in the bathtub made it very dangerous toilet extremely extremely low poorly painted room no washcloths. No coffee and cake as advertised horrible experience. Rope attached the door to open door, no safety strips in bathtub, stains on carpet full ashtray, right outside the window, paint peeling everywhere, etc. etc."

Barbecue cleaned, old rusty chair on barbecue deck thrown out, cigarette ashtrays cleaned daily Duvets should be replaced as they show their age Overall a comfortable place with a great view and very quiet. Nice patio to enjoy coffee in the morning along with the included breakfast sandwich (not the best) AC worked fine Still, we would visit again"
