There was no soap provided in the bathrooms. The bedrooms were adequate but again, there sheeting and covers were stained and main bed was very hard. There was no air...

"Miscommunication. Relied on their website post. The lady when we checked in didn’t informed me of extra charges regarding the breakfast that will be served in the pool. Told them about the broken bathroom door. He said it will be fixed but it was never fixed. Bathroom is not cleaned properly."
