"Everything was lovely - pool access room was great & pool water temperature during October was perfect"

"Really enjoyed our stay at ENSO! Beautiful rooms, relaxing atmosphere, and super friendly staff. Would happily stay here again!"

"The regular rooms are not up to “USA” cleanliness standards if you are from the USA staying in the regular room is like the red roof inn (iykyk). To get comfort and some sense of a modern pleasant experience you need the suite or better. The grounds and amenities are nice but the spa is NOTHING like the photos and not a SPA experience at all. I suggest you go check the spa area before booking because it’s not a great experience"

"Was so relaxing an peaceful"

"We used it as a day stay while waiting for a red eye home and staff were friendly and was in a good spot for last minute shop and beach visit. No elevators so having to get up and down stairs was not great, staff did help on check in - just not convenient."

"ツアーに参加するため朝食の時間が間に合わず、スタッフに相談したところ、ボックスを用意してくれて、自分で詰めて持っていくことができた。別の日にはパンとフルーツを詰めたボックスをあらかじめ用意してくれて、それを持ち出すことができた。 朝食メニューも豊富で美味しく、満足でした。 言葉が通じなくても簡単な単語や身振りで理解しようとしてくれるので、困ることはありませんでした。"

"Breakfast mostly ok. But a lot of dishes cold. Even when replenished straight from main kitchen."

"Overall, the hotel was of good standard, well-kept gardens and pool. Pool area and pool bar are noisy and loud, but there is a small pool not far away which is much quieter the restaurant and food were of good standard but breakfast was a little disappointing not much variety staff pleasant. Worth a look if you're in Legian next time."

"Patra Resort is conveniently located near the airport, making it a reasonable option for travellers on a layover. The gardens and grounds are well maintained, and the property presents well. Unfortunately, the overall guest experience falls short in several important areas, particularly when considering the price. One disappointment was the breakfast offering. Pork bacon was unavailable due to the hotel's Halal kitchen facilities. While I respect the requirements of a Halal kitchen, other hotels...

"Spa service was the one we loved the most exceeded our expectations. Ambiance was excellent. Everything is perfect except for the street entrance , needs a big sign of the hotel also needs clearing of some bushes by the entrance of the street before you reach hotel, Other than that we highly recommend This hotel. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. We will be back again"
