Only one comfortable chair in the room so second person had to use the desk chair - comfortable but not the same. Hard to find pool - no signage in main lobby. No locker room next to pool. Hot tub was out of commission. "

During the middle of the night, there was a room of 3 adult women having absolute screaming match at each other in their room, out in the hallway, outside. Front desk staff had to come up multiple times and tell them to stop as they had 5+ rooms complain. At that point, 3 am, how is anyone getting any sleep. It was ridiculous. "

"Rooms were fine if not a little old. We had an interior room that in March with it cool outside was impossible to cool off. Halls and stairs were much cooler and yet with our AC on high, we were still too hot. Asked twice for someone to come fix it and never got a response or repair. Just OK and then never any action."
