"I stayed here because this hotel was so highly rated, and for a great price. It was awesome. Friendly, helpful staff. The sheets and towels smelled wonderful, with nicer shampoo and soap products than other hotels. They use Seattle's Best coffee, which I like. Laundry was just $2/each, wash and dry, with newer machines. I slept great. I would definitely stay here again, and will look for Cobblestones for my future stays in other locations."

"We had to wait 2 additional hours after asking for an early check in and were told it would be available at 2:30. After that time passed it ended up taking an additional 1 1/2 hrs to get into a room that was close to the elevator, do to my wife being handicapped. It took my wife complaining to the front desk that finally got the manager involved and we got our room around 4. Which made us late to an event we were there for and had food for. The bathroom in the room is very slippery after a shower and I would consider a slippery and unsafe floor. We also noticed another family have similar issues getting a room. Im not sure how they clean the rooms , but maybe something needs to change a we watched large groups of people get into there rooms as we waited and were last on there list. Do I need punctuation in the leadership?"
