"When I arrived I had to wait for someone to come out the restroom 20min with a signed that read out of order I had a long drive and had to use the restroom….. The pool was green thick fungus"

"Everyone was great during our stay. We have been to High Point before for the furniture show. We loved the water and snacks on the front table , we could grab at any time. The staff was so friendly. We loved being on the shuttle stop and just walking out and getting on the bus for market."

"We loved our stay at this Springhill. We were greeted very kindly by the woman at the front desk. Our room was super cozy and spacious. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was big with a nice walk-in shower. The only thing that was not great was the shower pressure. Overall, we were very pleased and will stay at this hotel again."

"A very pleasant stay! I stayed two nights while visiting for work. I felt very safe the entire time. As a smoker, I appreciated the ashtrays that are placed strategically to allow you to smoke and easily dispose of your butt. I especially loved the outside seating area and the live plants placed everywhere. Would definitely stay again! And, thank you, Evelyn, for being so kind and helpful! It was such a pleasure meeting you!"

"The amount I pd for my room and then I get there and they said it was upgraded. It didn’t seem like and up grade. Couldn’t see out the windows , trash cans didn’t have bag liners in them. No ice. On the floor We were on the 5th floor. It just didn’t seem right. I would have like to have been on the 18th floor. But to change it after I check in. I paid for tower and that room just seem like dull. I been made my reservation in March. I wasn’t please with the room. It seem like a regular room....
