Food excellent and service very friendly and helpful. Short distance from A14 and parking plentiful. If ever needing accommodation in this area again will return. "

When I complained at check in, I was told that I wasn’t the only person who had complained but that there was nothing they could do about it. Not exactly a good start to the stay - having to navigate across a car park, in the dark and rain with a disabled adult and luggage! "
