"We travelled during the off-season in October, and upon arrival on Tuesday, we were informed that the restaurant was only open Thursday through Sunday, meaning breakfast was not available on Wednesday morning. Finding breakfast nearby proved challenging, as most places in the area were also closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
The room was decent, and the beds were comfortable. However, I was surprised that there was not a single nightstand in the room, which made things inconvenient, especially when using sleep equipment. The room remained warm and comfortable, even though the temperature dropped significantly on the second night.
Overall, it was a good stay, but I wish more amenities had been available, particularly during the off-season."
"Nice very clean place to stay with excellent views, the rooms were great received a bottle of wine and free wine tasting on arrival. Restaurant is a little pricey and the atmosphere at it is very basic for the price of the stay."
"Our entire stay was wonderful. The owners are so sweet and kind, the room was adorable, and the view of the hills in the morning is just exquisite. Breakfast was delightful and included delicious coffee, bagels, pastries (croissants and muffins), cereal, oatmeal, bananas, cantaloupe, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, and more. I couldn’t say enough good things about Vinehurst - just 3 minutes from the lake AND right across the street from the Curtiss Museum?! Yes, please! :)"
"My wife and I had a great stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect with a short walk to Watkins Glen State Park and all the shops and restaurants."
