We enjoyed the staff and fellow guests at this place. The room was well-appointed. It's a fair walking location to town. Be prepared to search out parking for your vehicle, however, as their spaces are very limited. Overall, we appreciated our stay at Author's Key West.

Upon arriving Receptionist offered parking assistance. Local map and Information. Pool was clean. Patio cozy. Cottage clean and roomy. Breakfast was plentiful. Good price for the night! Would come again.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and loved the convenient location which was close restaurants and Duval St! We had a huge balcony which was beautiful!!! Will stay there again! Wish we stayed longer!!! Thank you!

We had a short stay but loved every minute of it. Spacious and clean room, friendly and helpful staff. The place is in a quiet neighborhood but walkable to those who don’t want to be driving around. I totally recommend it.
