Meet the needs but to look into good to have.
The hill resort has all the needs. However in order to attain higher scoring the ‘good to have’ must be kept in mind. Eg.1) Provide cup,instant coffee but does NOT has a tea spoon, 2) family room of 4 but only has 2 towel bar, 3)the pressure of the shower is too slow/low ended up taking double the time to shower(no good for young kids) 4) there’s a half shower screen with no shower curtain is install (no good for kids too) as the cold air could penetrate into toilet.
